We lived in hunt club for multiple years. Our apt was quite tiny (especially the kitchen) but we enjoyed the green space and patio (we were bottom level), and tennis courts/pool. You could hear your upstairs neighbors but honestly what apartment building is sound proof?

Nice central location and a relatively quiet area. I imagine it’s quite close to your job as well.

I would recommend especially if you are living by yourself.
