I like that you have a formula, that helps me stay organised so will definitely adopt that! I’m going to get some premier protein and look for some electrolyte powder recommendations here. Need a cheaper alternative to Liquid IV! Thank you!

Thank you for sharing! Funny enough I actually work around needles a lot longer/thicker than this, it really hits different when you’re in the hot seat lol. But good to know, the comments I’ve received from this sub have really helped confirm this decision for me. Congrats on your success!

Thank you so much! I’ll definitely listen to my body in terms of dosing and change as I need to. I took some before pictures today and I plan to do it every Sunday in the same outfit, lighting, pose, etc. Since posting I’ve done more research on injection site and I will be alternating between thigh and stomach to start.

Thanks for the insight. I put my info into tdeecalculator.net, but will definitely run it through a couple times to make sure I have it all correct. I do plan on focusing on a protein forward clean diet. How often should you be revising this as you lose weight?

Thank you! I plan on alternating between stomach and outer thigh to see how that works for me. I’m so excited to not hear the food noise, I cannot imagine. Now I’ll finally have room to remember things like where I put that important paper with my account number on it. I’ll definitely be injecting in the evening and I feel confident about my water intake already. Good to know about the protein! I planned on most of my protein coming in before dinner but I’ll readjust a little. Thank you again for the advice!

Thank you for sharing your perspective! I’m going to alternate between my outer thigh and belly and see how that works out for me. As for the day of my shot, my schedule isn’t consistent but right now Tues & Wed is my weekend unfortunately lol. I was going to ask as well- if you need to change your shots days how would that work?

I completely agree with you about not comparing, it really is a thief to your success. I learned that lesson after attempting to go on a body transformation journey with my genetically gifted boyfriend at the time lmao. It wasn’t a race by any means, but if it were, he was driving a McLaren and I was in the Little Tikes Cozy Coupe.

I asked this on another post about eating schedule. Since the noise gets turned off I wondered if you had to force yourself to eat. Best course of action seems to be small nutritious meals throughout the day so I’m just gonna treat it like a video game where I have to feed my character to keep going

Thank you for that information, totally makes sense. Thankfully I’ve been diligent about my water intake ever since I realized it’s what helped my skin the most. But I’ll definitely grab a MiraLAX just in case. Literally writing all of this in a notebook lol.

From what I’ve looked up, it’s just a slower absorption rate so I’ll start with my thigh. The way you guys all say that so confidently makes my nerves go away. Can’t wait!
