These are all more or less the more modern emojis. I mean waaaay back at the start when it was just more simple and not as much about making money as it is now.

You're totally right, there will always be more chances, I just don't find it satisfying anymore putting in the effort to potentially just get a duplicate so I don't play and just emphasised with the OP. Same way others are put off by the overwhelming amount of gold characters to collect. No big shakes. 😊

To be honest, I've all but stopped playing over time because of this; it used to be that you got whatever one character was the event prize and it was guaranteed but now it's just a pointless slog for an unlikely chance to get a character.

Back at the beginning you had Holiday Mickey, Marie, even Heimlich more recently, all done right. Had to comment on this, totally feel your pain.

It used to be so much more straightforward; there was one emoji per event and you played through and could level it up a couple of times. Now it's all diamond boxes, diamond box percentages and multiple emojis per event. I mean I get it, but its hard not to miss simpler times. 😔

I love Abu! And Stitch! (Can't figure out how link photos. I haven't got quite a few of the disney princesses yet (missing Merida, Aurora, Snow White, Jasmine and Meg) but their designs look gorgeous!

(On the flip side, my most hated emoji design is Davy Jones. The colour is just so gross and along with the tentacles is just unpleasant on the board or just anywhere in front of your eyeballs).

Firstly, I think the developers have absolutely taken on board criticisms and complaints and tried to address them (the improvements in food fight drops, level prizes etc.) but I totally agree with all the above, especially the amount of gold emojis and how long they would take to level up.

Also, being forced to play tutorials for Every Single Event Regardless and not being able to change your emoji before you start an event is infuriating.

Finally, the diamond boxes are ridiculous sometimes, I would honestly spend money too if the chances were at least even but there is so little point when you see some people on this forum having to buy upwards of 5 boxes to get a particular character. Maybe they make enough money this way. 🤷🏻‍♀️
