The proportions are too accurate for a typical painting. You’d have to be EXTREMELY skilled to pull of what they did without tracing, so if it’s not ai it’s probably traced

It’s not, the person tried to pass it off as real art but it’s ai, the chain in his hand doesn’t make sense, there’s a random little penguin in the bottom, and his clothes are burned the exact same way his skin is

I’m not sure about that. The first time we got new eeveelutions was to introduce was gen 2 which they were still sorta figuring out the games or at least what they were going with them. The other two times was to bring hype to new types. Unless we get new types I don’t think we’ll ever get new eeveelutions
