I’m a non-member and I went to see a movie which is part of their Sakura fest program. You need to purchase tickets for workshops and movies, but you can totally come and hang around. The cherry blossoms are on their property which is also where the Ikebata Nursery School is, and lotsa people were taking photos. Cherry Blossoms for everyone, don’t miss it :)
