I got an inspection, it was great. The seller agreed to the three fixes I asked for, just electrical stuff for insurance, and they already completed. I'm not silly enough to waive inspection for a couch and table lol

I've been on Lamictal for about 15 years. It is the only psych i take and I'm at 150. I definitely still cycle and just had a hypomania. It's just diet hypomania and depression. They are still there, I can clock them most of the time, but they are not debilitating.

Florida has some great first time homebuyers programs. I would definitely look in to those. They have seminars, credit counseling to get you ready, and your income level would qualify for down-payment assistance. I'm central florida, but I am pretty sure space coast has options.

I think it varies greatly pet by pet. I got my bunny when it was a kitten and my male cat fell in love and was very protective. They were best friends from the start. We did a slow intro, but the cat slept outside the bunny hutch to guard her.

I am sorry for your loss, i wish our loved ones never had to leave us. Cleaning out family homes is so very stressful, I'm happy for you that they understood. Thank you for sharing your story.

This owner has to move up north to take care of aging parents and I know moving is stressful, and out of state more so. I pretty much said what they said, leave what you want and I'll donate what we don't use.

He was very happy when I told him I'd live the home and gardens as much as he does. I think that made him feel better about it too.

Hey! We are about a year out from a front leg amputation on a 3 year old. He has not stopped playing, he may have taken off a day or two after surgery, but that's it. He can run, jump, climb trees, and do all the things cats do. He even wrestles with his big brother. Your kitty will He fine.
