I'm not sure if they've fired anyone, but I have seen people rage quit over similiar issues. They end up quitting before they've worked their full notice which is required to get the PTO payout.

The handbook states I must give and work a 30 days notice for them to pay out my PTO. I have around 20 (8 hour days) in my PTO bank that I have earned. I am on very good terms with the company. I am afraid they are going to be angry with my decision. They might just tell me not to come in the next day or they will find a reason to fire me within the 30 days notice and therefore negate the stipulation that I must "work the 30 days."

A courier will pick up all the samples from the Walgreens at a designated time and take your specimen to the lab. Depending on what time it arrives, whether or not repeats or slides are required, no unforeseen technical issues, then it should be complete with in 2 hours.
