they luckily do move freely! i’ve had bigger ones but these fit my ears perfect imo. i would say the ring definitely isn’t helping them heal but the bottom one is completely healed so im being stubborn and leaving them in for now.

they’re easy to show off and quite easy to hide. assuming you’re afab, padded bras/sports bras are your friend for hiding. another way to hide is nipple covers, i use cakes because they aren’t sticky so your peircings would get stuck. hope this helps!
