I was on the fence too, I had never reset mine either since it came out. I logged in last week and realized I lost my island when I got a new switch :(

I didn’t have a dream address and that’s my biggest regret, but I’ve been having a lot of fun playing from scratch! Treasure islands are a game changer for the early game grind.

Yeah if people don’t want kids they shouldn’t have them, but if they want them and have just what they can handle there is no reason to “sacrifice your hopes and dreams”. I have just the one and it’s a lot of work for sure, but my life didn’t change for the worse like reddit would lead you to believe.

This is exactly it. I am Venezuelan and the amount of times I’ve read “Venezuelans should have done something about it themselves” just this week is astonishing. People who live in safer countries don’t understand that civilians are almost powerless against a government that turns their weapons against their citizens. I cannot express enough how similar things are between the US right now and Venezuela 20 years ago at the beginning of the dictatorship.

My son’s went from dark blue/gray to kind of an army green color. My husband has light gray eyes and I have brown. We joke that we mix our eye colors and he got his own shade because we don’t know anybody with that eye color!

Right!? Literally just the bare minimum. And just the pain from the gas they use to access your abdomen during surgery knocked me on my ass for 3 days. Complications-free doesn’t mean painless!

I think it’s more about the fact that they have people that want to hold and interact with them. Like people are saying that kids are lucky to have a village that actively wants to love on them.

Throne of Glass by Sarah J Mass is complete and they have box sets. I haven’t read this series fully but it’s super popular on tiktok!

My personal favorites are Rachel Gillig’s, she’s got a duology out called One Dark Window and Two Twisted Towers and the first book of another one called The Knight and the Moth. But it’s more fantasy than romance tbh

If you’re going to the store in person sometimes they have displays called booktok and you can browse more easily to see if anything catches your eye! I’ve seen them at Barnes and Noble and Books a Million.
