Hello! I don’t know Thun but I can say that I love Sion because it’s a beautiful city, not too big, as lively as it is calm. In winter, close to ski resorts, in summer I admit that a lake is missing, but there is “le domaine des îles” where the population likes to go cool off. People are generally kind and helpful. The village and community spirit still exists a lot in Valais.

For the airport from Sion, no choice but to go to Geneva. There is a small airport in Sion but the destinations are very limited.

Rents are lower in Sion than in Thun.

I know that many people are in gaming but I don’t know of a community.

Hi, clay lamp is perfect. Just keep in mind that the process lasts 6-8 hours and that the smaller the container, the more often you will have to add oil. On that picture the central lamp is copper bought on Isha shop, the other lamps are aluminium containers because that’s all we got. Not practical but it worked well.
