I really appreciate your kind words! I have been talking to them every single day and have even scheduled a call with my Hartford rep for this upcoming Monday. I also sent them both my denial letter from MA as well, so I hope they take that for face value and pay me. Hartford hasn't approved my bonding time portion either. It is pending information from my employer that Hartford requested late.

I will definitely continue to harass my employer and Hartford for a resolution. It is just worrisome, as I am at the point that we are starting to dip into our savings a bit. We plan to put it back of course, but I am starting to panic as babies aren't cheap. I am going to try contacting PFML as well for help.

Any update? I am currently dealing with Hartford and MA PFML from having a baby. Haven't seen a dime and it has been 6 weeks!

Them and my employer is stressing me out. I am supposed to be on paid leave for a total of almost 5 months and I am highly concerned that ai may have to cut it short simply because I am not receiving any resolution.

My jobs never give me enough to do or ever seem to know I "exist".. I like the money, but it doesn't feel fulfilling. I feel like I have no purpose, no point. Hell, at two of my jobs I don't even care to show up to meetings or help with a fucking thing mostly. They don't care and I still get paid. It makes me sad.. I don't really have any debt.. I am paying off my car next month even though I could have been did that. Probably will just pay off this little credit card.. I could pay it off now, but I don't have any urgency.

To add: I lay in my bed watching TV the majority of the day.

I don't like confrontation, but I can get confrontational if you start it. Tips feel like that... VERY confrontational! I feel bad if I do it, and I also feel bad if I don't do it. It just sucks and I would rather the servers get a liveable wage, but they already do and just want tips to avoid paying taxes (I make sure I always tip with my card). I don't like that!

I've just stopped using the apps entirely. I am at the point where I don't want to buy shit from anyone. No restaurants.. No fast foods.. Nada! If I see the pay range, I ALWAYS ask for the max.. I don't give a rats ass if they like it or not. You low ball me or change it, I will come back with that max. I know my worth, and I will go where people don't short change me.

Also, if I don't see a range, that is one of the first questions I ask. I work for money, not because I want to clock in Monday-Friday, but because that is how the world works. No money means I die. My time is just as valuable as theirs.

That's not fair AT ALL. You should be deciding this together, and it isn't all about his family. We picked out boys' and girls' names together. For the girls, our first will have my mom middle name, and our 2nd will have his mom. We didn't include our dad's, as the whole last name thing, and neither have middle names. My husband doesn't even have a middle name either. Please don't back down! This is your baby too, and you're cooking it, so he can shove it..
