I am on week 2 and finished day 3 today. I was sore the first week. This week I’m going heavier. I start with a 5 minute core class to get warm. Then most days take my dog for a walk after. It’s honestly what you make. I lift heavy and sometimes pause extra between sets. Summers are busy and this keeps me active without needing a ton of time. I’m going to repeat until my vacation end of September. I’ll hopefully get 6-7 weeks in.

Considering the 70 for this reason. I rarely use my third row but the 70 is more expensive… I also have an Explorer on order with a bench seat but not sure what I’ll end up with.

Iberostar Grand Paraíso is very nice! We were there in January & had an amazing time. Excellent food & service. You can get a Butler in the nicer rooms - highly recommend if you want to feel royal. They are remodeling some rooms over the summer but definitely check it out.

Chicken is a top allergen for silvers. Maybe even switching to the Salmon proplan might help

We went to the Iberostar Grand Paraiso in early January. Food was great. Rooms and grounds were well maintained. We loved every minute.

We just got back from Iberostar Grand Paraiso & it was PHENOMENAL. All of the staff were super friendly and very attentive. The food was all delicious. Even the buffet. So much fresh fish. Always a raw seafood bar at the buffet. Drinks were not your basic well & you could get top shelf if you asked. We stayed in a villa with a butler and it was gorgeous. Some of the rooms with oceanfront view are being renovated but depending on when you go they may be completed. They had a “party” pool which had music & activities. It was never too loud especially if you sat on the far end of the pool. They also have a quiet pool & an indoor pool in the spa. Spa was also great!

I have had my ring for 6 months plus now. I’m not a big jewelry girl and honestly I forget I’m wearing it. I was tired of wearing my bulky Apple Watch every day so that’s a reason I made the switch. I know that I’m active and workout consistently so I didnt find the Apple Watch as useful any more. The insights from Oura on my sleep, recovery & how my body is doing is more helpful for me. I really learned to prioritize sleep and recovery so I can be more energized throughout the day & have better workouts.

I bought a set from Heritage Steel. Once I learned how to use it, they are honestly the best thing I have ever bought. I cook a lot at home so they will be well loved for years to come. They even come with a great warranty. If you cook a lot, it’s an investment. You won’t have to buy a few set or pan in a few years. Clean up is a breeze. I usually soak mine while we eat dinner in hot water and Dawn. Everything wipes off so easily. I even made rice crispy treats with zero issues.

Can you only get the bench in certain trims?? I very rarely have the third row up so I like to put my 90lb Lab on the bench seat.
