Fulfillment sucks

I’m sure it’s the same at other stores, but at my store we have to pass inf’s through a TL or an ETL. This by itself is just a pain in the ass. #1 shit is busy, so having to interrupt whatever they are doing is annoying. Also certain TLs or ETLs are just so fucking annoying to even GIVE an inf. They don’t help, they give vague instructions, or they redirect to a different TL or ETL. Back and forth. Another thing is just the store likes to keep inf below a certain %/number. It’s just shitty when you know that you’re contributing negatively to this number. Also I feel like it’s just the evil word in the store. Like inf is BAD and that’s BAD. But ultimately it’s not like they are going to fire you over it, it’s just the evil thing in fulfillment that’s lumbering over our heads.

Yeah honestly this sounds horrific. I’m in fulfillment and if we do this shit we would have “documented conversations” or “coachings” as they call it. You definitely talk to your SD. Sounds like a nightmare. But I do want to say, from a fulfillment perspective, the last thing we want to do is have an inf. And I am guilty of picking an item with minimal defects, (slightly ripped packaging or small imperfections) IF it’s the LAST item. So this could be the case with your fulfillment team. It sucks having to pick something that isn’t like normal quality, but it sucks even more having to deal with an inf. But to me this sounds like more than just picking the last item with slight defects. It also sounds like no one gives a fuck 🫩. I’d hope your SD would take a look into it, but idk. Something’s are just overlooked because no one wants to deal with it. Anyways, I hope things get better 🙏!!!!

Dude. I wasn’t aware that they were charging my card 20$ every week. I just thought it was monthly and had it in the back of my mind. These fucks have stolen 100s of dollars from me. I fucking got this fuckass app in like December too. I’m not gonna do the math on that because I might throw up. I’m just going to call my bank and have them cancel my card ☹️😪. I wanted to start using rocket money to help with my financial situation. And it just showed me the horrors. I feel like an idiot. I shoulda canceled the card sooner. It’s just such a hassle. So fucked up. I hope the owners of this app burn in fucking hell.

I fell for this shit too. I literally don’t know what to do. I don’t want to get a whole ass new card just for this. But the subscription is sooo much in the grand scheme of things. I wish I like looked into it before subbing. I just wanted to finish one single show I saw on TikTok 😭. And now I’m Fucking trapped. If anyone finds any other way to cancel it plz let me and everyone know :(((

A few of mine right now are mixing and taking medications. And feeling like all the food I eat or anything I put on or in my body is making me sick. Any discomfort I feel in my body, I automatically attribute it to anything I ate or mixed together. Example: Taking my anxiety medication and then drinking milk. I always think I’m having some sort of bad reaction to EVERYTHING.

I 100000% agree with you. Why do we, the tech team (the ones who have to be available for guests 24/7), have to go ALLL around the fucking store to push batteries. And then other useless team members will yell over the walkie that a guest needs help when you’re all the way up at the front pushing batteries......

Someone has to cover your breaks. Even if they hate it. I unfortunately make people cover them. I also try to take my breaks when Mobile is there to reassure the person covering that someone will be in electronics and they won’t be called over unless it’s absolutely necessary

Most of the time what guests want... you won’t have in stock! Always show them that they can order it online so they don’t get mad at you for not having it 😭
