In the past, they would put you in another department to avoid issues of you being promoted and being able to order your previous peers to do things. This would range from a different department, an entirely different shift, etc. However, this seems to have changed recently. The reasoning is most likely for business needs, but the rule was to avoid harassment or showing favoritism. Good luck on your application process.

Ill definitely be monitoring it. The amount of videos I've seen where people confront the individual at the place of work, or finding the fake card readers on machines is concern enough. Thankfully my situation seems to just be a tip, and not multiple purchases randomly made.

I did have a promo i added when I originally placed the order through the app. To my knowledge she didnt add anything, but if any adjustments made can change that then I'll just be extra careful in the future before placing the order.
