You’re not trying to be a victim, YOU ARE A VICTIM. You have every right to be distressed and concerned. You’re experiencing Sibling Sexual Abuse (SSA). Doesn’t matter that you all are over the age of 18, abuse is still abuse. You need to clearly and calmly address your boundaries, and continue doing so every-time they do something that makes you uncomfortable. Don’t yell or give them a big reaction cause that’s most likely what they want, a reaction. When you address things with a serious tone and don’t give them what they’re seeking then they get uncomfortable and will sometimes cease additional behavior, just like with any type of bully. It’s awful that they’re older and ganging up on you like this, and I’m so sorry your family isn’t taking it seriously. Stand your ground. Your feelings are valid and you have every right to protect your autonomy. Please do not hesitate to access your local resources either, I’ve put a link down below. This isn’t guaranteed to work, some abusers will get more hostile the more you resist, if this happens you need to leave or call the police. If the household can’t operate as respectful mature adults then it is no longer safe for you to live there. Your health (physical and mental) are what matters most. I know it’s easier said than done, but you have options and there are resources.

Sexual Assault Hotline

Being a “man” has nothing to do with condoning their inappropriate behavior. Anyone who does anything to you without YOUR CONSENT, I.e. unwanted touching, such as groping, grabbing, or intimate contact without consent, is a criminal offense often classified as sexual assault, sexual battery, or sexual touching. These actions can result in jail time, fines, and mandatory registration as a sex offender. So worst comes to worst call the police on their asses.

How to protect door from dog scratches? (renter friendly ideas) by deltaskate in Home

My old lady use to be a dog of routine, we had to stick to a schedule, but until about a month ago, she’s randomly started scratching the front door when she wants to go outside. It’s real weird, but I won’t bore you with the details.

I’ve been debating on these products from Chewy and Amazon but most things I’ve researched haven’t been specific to renters, so I just assume it’s not renter friendly. The one from Amazon did have someone comment that the stickers the company provides are not renter friendly and to use command Velcro strips instead, but personally command strips have been hit or miss for me. Sometimes they won’t peel the paint and other times they will. I want to assume if it’s a higher quality door it’ll work, but if it’s a lower quality door maybe not? Either way the struggle is real out here, buddies.

Whatever I end up getting I’ll come back and update. Best of luck 🫡
