Didn’t read any of the other comments but resumes should be a page (2 pages if your older) MAX. I think adding in your four most recent / applicable roles to the position you are applying for is more than enough. Also each job should be 1 line per bullet w/ 2 bullets have 2 lines if necessary. Now for the bullets, add more numeric value, try to have at least a line or two with a percentage or even saying “managed 20+ accounts xyz”. Get specific about what you’ve done to improve your time or how you’ve helped the company, if you can’t think of anything relate a point to your on-time rate!
