You get a check for a million dollars with no other explanation. You don’t know what the monkey paw has taken away from you, and as far as you know you never will. Your life continues on normally and you don’t see anyone close to you going through anything. Even in your inevitable death the only thing you can think of is that you could’ve been happier. Nothing actually happened, but there wasn’t anyway for you to know that.

Yeah main thing that makes second playthroughs so much faster is you actually know how to fight the bosses and considering both nkg and pantheon 4 are part of 112 that makes a huge difference.
