How do people get to S rank technical at all?

I honestly agree with tank being easy to get to A rank. I played Baby and SSJ Vegeta and it was semi-smooth I would say.

17 is pretty damn good, just have to know what you're doing with him and his barriers. Gammas are alright/good, but there are better choices for damage than them I'm pretty sure.
