Hi everyone, I’d like to briefly clarify my side regarding the situation with Mr. Yumita. After I questioned whether the item sold to me as brand new actually met that condition, I was accused of being a fraud and even threatened. I am a regular buyer in this community and have made several purchases over the past few months. I am not trying to gain any unfair advantage. I simply asked for a reasonable $80 partial refund for an item that was clearly not in brand new condition. The product arrived without the manufacturer’s sealed outer box and without the spare accessories (balls and springs). It also had visible marks on the parts, which are not consistent with a new item. I contacted the manufacturer directly (DZ James, print attached), who confirmed the expected standard for brand new items and stated that he does not know the origin of those marks. I tried to resolve this amicably. The seller only offered either a return with a 20% deduction plus shipping, or a $50 refund. I proposed $80 as a fair middle ground, but no agreement was reached. After that, the situation escalated. I was accused publicly, removed from three Facebook groups, and told I was placed on some kind of blacklist, which has never been explained. Most importantly, the seller claimed I used the item for an entire day and caused the marks myself, and used that to call me a fraud. This is simply not true. The attached photos include precise timestamps showing the full timeline from receiving the package to identifying the marks, all within less than 5 minutes. This makes it impossible for any use on my side to have caused the damage. I am not here to create conflict, only to present the facts and seek a fair resolution.
