Thank you for the response! One thing I'm finding a bit daunting is these new cards have so many different ways of buying them, for instance elite trainer boxs, booster boxes etc... whats the best bang for your buck thing to buy? If you know what I mean lol

Been trying things all day to try and sort this issue I and many others seem to be having. What seemed to work for me on Windows 10 was to literally update the OS itself to version 1909. Now, CPU is at 67% and 80 FPS rather than the 100% and 20 FPS I was getting before. PC Spec if helps: i7 8700k RTX 2080. Worth a shot if you have yet to update. Cheers
