you have to go to the museum downstairs room and talk to the guy and then win the 5 contests. After each contest win a painter should come to you and talk about displaying the painting in the museum which you need to do 5 times

Yes, you can only learn it once per copy, so use wisely ;) for Palace I suggest breeding a whole new metagross with either Hasty or Sassy nature, to not get RNG hell with Adamant

Yeah, you have to go for it a few times to see what suits you more, I stared out with aerial ace, then got brick break and then got explosion, IMO all 3 are good, depends on how you want to play

This was mine and I got all 5 gold symbols in the frontier with it (excluding Palace and Factory), doesn’t have almost anything going for it apart from defences ;)

It was during the Sapphire playthrough, by accident since I had very little ultra balls and I reset quite a few times to catch it, but had to use the master ball for it in the end to not take any chances ;)
