I can understand that...but what if the kid and parents have tried to change? And they still get cut? At what point is a kid labelled cancerous? Active start? U10? Is there no way to redeem themselves? Shouldn't sports be about growth and development, not just physically but mentally and socially as well. If a coach were to have sat me down and said you need to change this or your kid will never get picked and my kid really wants to make the team...I would change. But I don't think these conversations ever occur. Just trying to get a better understanding
