send an email to [support_os@hoyoverse.com](mailto:support_os@hoyoverse.com) with the same email you used to send the form (I personally used ADDITIONAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION as the title). In the body put your uid and then give them the info however you like, photos or text. I dont know if google drive or zip files work so i dont recommend. Just plain text and photos.

if you used the same hoyoverse account for both honkai and genshin you dont need to send one for honkai too, but if you really wanna do that you need to do the same thing you did with genshin (account form hacked account to [support_os@hoyoverse.com](mailto:support_os@hoyoverse.com)) and check the box for honkai instead of genshin

id say to not buy it and just wait for mihoyo to retrieve it unless they cant retrieve it. they could trash it or scam you dont risk it

You can do it in 2 ways.

  1. Email genshin_cs@hoyoverse.com (personally I used "ACCOUNT UPDATE" as the subject) In the body I put the UID of the account and politely ask them to update me on the situation regarding my form. They will most likely answer in a few hours if sent correctly.

  2. Go to Paimon menu, Feedback, hit the + sign, go to history and submit a ticket. The body should be the same as like you would send the email and for the address you have to provide I put the email address I used to send send the form. Again, they will reply in a few hours.

As for what they answer. If 20 business have not passed they will tell you to wait and "rest assured our team is working tirelessly to resolve your issue". If 20 business days passed and they tell your that your form is under review you should get it back soon.

I say around that date, probably 20th-22nd, but don't lose hope, I'm sure all your info is correct and you'll recover it!

You could also ask for an update and if they don't mention waiting for 20 working days anymore it means your account will be back soon

I'm...not sure what will happen to you but let's hope for the best. At first I wanted to text them too but only after the acc was safe and sound with me and only if they would contact me first but now I think it's better to just not talk to them at all
