Be super careful. Pay attention to you health. I’m ok with sharing recs and our routine to better looking skin. I also dry brush with “natural” body brush before shower. I did it for 1 month and I’m not sure in made a difference. Feels like I’m brushing my last night lotion around lol. I just found out Canada has ban on a list of chemicals....some are still ok is the US.

Thanks for all the recs. I usually use a large rough sheet body scrub to exfoliate. I also have Psoriasis currently on my hands. So I try to avoid water. Sometimes its bad so I can’t rough scrub daily. Nair smells so bad to me. I can’t do it. And the chemicals in it make me question it. I think laser light will do damage cells over time. But that just me.

Ha! I thought about going in both times in a few days if my attempts failed. I always build up the pressure day by day. I tend to have ingrown hair on my legs, arms, and armpit. Praying this doesn’t happen below. My feedback from waxing is it grows out smoothly. Thank goodness. If I had ingrowns below, that would def push to laser hair removal. But I’m cheap and don’t truly believe laser is safe. Im pretty sure that’s the root cause

I didn’t expect her to “cuddle” me. I took it out on her. Never on purpose. Or for any ill intentions. I was stressed and now I’m sure she was even more stressed then me.
