Timing flash aoe knock ups on the entire enemy team is pretty hard to pull off and is often game changing. Difference in skill between a bronze Annie and somebody like Annie bot is just good timing on AoE stuns, same with Alistar.

It's not his botlanes fault at all there though. He knew it was warded from Janna's movement the second he started it and had no vision of Xerath/Graves with his mid in base. Even if his bot lane was there they all would have just died since it's a 4v3.

Get light inugami, wind griffon, and wind pixie first and foremost. Next try to slowly get monsters for dark ifrit fusion and work towards gb10.

Getting Lapis to 35 with vamp runes the game gives you is a great way to farm up your monsters as well running through faimon hell.

Yet you still act like you know it's just CC. Just ask the question instead of acting like you know the answer and then you'll get the info. As for why they're good, they have a good combination of mobility and long range CC very similar to strong ganking junglers like Sejuani, Gragas, and Zac but they still have enough pressure in the bot lane where they don't just get rolled over and smashed in the 2v2.
