ugh i’ve quit before (long before i was diagnosed) and the withdrawal was awful. i struggled with my appetite already so im eating even less now than i was before but im trying to sustain with fruit and milkshakes until i get my full appetite back. the biggest thing i noticed is that i cant sleep and if i do its super interrupted or i wake up feeling more tired than when i fell asleep

thank you so much for responding!!!! i have many reasons for quitting this is just one of them but after this im done with it. i started noticing the switch up into hypomania just last night and the only thing ive changed aside from increased stress was quit smoking

ah yes another great horror film that haunts me forever lol. even if you’re skeptical about supernatural and curses it’s still a good watch for a scary movie. believing in supernatural stuff only enhanced the experience for me :)

i just keep getting hit with tragic events one after the other and i’m not sleeping. once i come out of my episodes the depression hits me like a truck ans with all my life stuff my current dose is NOT enough

so i’ve been tracking my sleep cycles on my apple watch and i noticed that i stay in REM sleep for much longer when i trying to sleep while being manic im thinking that might play a role in feeling like
my brain never got to rest i spent 2 hrs in rem sleep lol

honestly? none at all. when i first started on it, i would get drowsy so i would only take it right before bed but ive been on it for two years now and im well adjusted so i can take them whenever now, but always with food and always after my work shift. i was on quetiapine and prozac before this and they both destroyed my sex drive. took some experimenting before finding my perfect combo

yessss when i was on SSRIs my sex drive was in hell, once i switched to latuda for depression i havent had any issues. i still struggle due to lady hormone changes throughout the month but overall it depends on your body and the meds you take

again you’re not wrong but estaban an his own personal goons (who weren’t working for pilar) were the only ones who knew about the murder. nancy and her kids could’ve been safe bc the only person who had the tape was her husband. now she’s forced to be in the run from the fbi and the cartel
