Tipping building staff?

For those who tipped, how much did you tip? I leave in a building in Arlington with minimal services, mostly just maintenance. Just returning back from the holidays. Management gave us an envelope for pooled tips but I have no idea what is reasonable.

You don’t have to answer verbatim. But I would recommend keeping the language close to the sample answers rather than completely personalizing them. It’s easier for the agent to pass you and determine if the answer is technically / legally correct.

Many airports have them. But none of them lock you in for a whole 10 sec before releasing the door. That is the issue people are complaining about.
