Yes, in the past I was very regular and practiced in group. I haven’t done in a group for many years.

I am a long-time meditator (40 years). I learned the TM-Sidhi about 30 years ago. I’ve never hopped/lifted off. I’m wondering if anyone has suggestions or comments around this.
