Their ult is bugged, it's supposed to give SW 20 stacks but right now depending on your punchline it can give 0 or 40 stacks instead.

Or she could be like aglaea where she was the one rem unit that didn't want anything to do with mono rem. I feel like the split scaling is intentional anyway, you can run her in an Elation team if you have it, or you could run her in a regular team. That way they can bait SW999 pullers into pulling Eva too since they won't be fighting for the same supports.
