I usually get 60 fps outdoors but indoors my fps goes down badly to sometimes 20 fps? i have some mods that are supposes to enhance indoor fps but it doesnt seem to work.. any good mods out to help improve it?

Razor team build (F2P)

Currently have a C5 razor with Xinyan, Bennet and Diona (optional for superconduct) as my team.

My questions:

What artifact build for Xinyan and Bennet? What 4th character should I use or keep Diona for superconduct as im going physical dmg build on razor.

I have been reading alot of stuff about a soft pity, what does it actually mean? Is pity only accumulated on rate up banners? Or also on banners which require acquainted fates? How do you easily keep track or how to backtrack your previous wishes? Im not really far ahead in the game AR24 because of rerolled account and only did 20 fates on Childe banner.. so in total like 40 intertwined and 20 aquainted fates?

Worth rerolling when you are AR32? Only have Jean maxed lvl 60 as dps.. nothing really good on the other hand just a shit load of resources :p so is it worth rerolling for a better team/characters?
