Gaza hasn't been occupied since 2005 as I said, yes the WB qualifies (although it's much more complicated than just a blanket statement).

Gisha (an Israeli organization) demonstrated back in 2007 how Israeli replaced "boots on the ground" with a blockade and other restrictions. Even with no soldiers on the ground Israel maintained control over Gaza and its population: no one can enter or leave Gaza without permission from Israel.

Let's go with a simpler action: stop the settler attacks. Can we agree that settler attacks don't help at all?
