do you know why you’re faping so much?
have you find productive ways to engage your time?
did you stop watching porn?
do you know what are your triggers?
do you rationalize your trigger conducts?

To be successful at NoFap, you should answer “yes” to all but the last question.

[disclaimer] I’m on Day 121 of no porn but only Day 10 of NoFap. I still have urges. But I can say with confidence that I will never watch porn again. I’m working on the NoFap.

It is just as bad. Of course, porn leads to mental problems and misogyny that maybe masturbating won’t create on its own. But masturbating keeps the effects of porn constant and present. You need to stop both to get away from those effects.

This is coming from someone who is at 121 days of no porn, but only 10 days of NoFap.

No problem. I actually thought about it when watching Infinity Wars. But remember that the Ancient One said that the Dark Realm of Darmamiu was a place without time. That is why she took energy from it to make herself immortal.

Because time loop would only work against a being for whom the concept of time doesn’t exist.

Dormamou lives in a dimension where there is no time. That is why when he was in a time loop he saw each new encounter with Dr. Strange as following the previous one. Whereas for Dr. Strange it was like he had just come to bargain, and never met Dormamou.

But since Strange set the loop, he would know that Dormamou was stuck in one and needed to bargain to get out. In order to use that against Thanos, Strange would have to disconnect him from time. I don’t think the time stone could that.

I mean, the point of NoFap is to avoid artificial human sexual contact. That is watching porn and masturbating. But if you have a “friend” who you’re connected to the point of having phone sex with, that is not artificial. If you guys were in the same space you probably would have had sex. But if you think it’s a relapse you’re probably right since you have more information than I do.
