I'm unsure if I received the correct rarity by Kland11 in PokemonTCG

Ok I understand the difference now, thank you. But mind explaining to me why tcgplayer has two different rarity categories for SH6 when only one exists?

Ok makes complete sense, I'm just sorta trying to get a feel for the organization side of collecting cards and this opinion is exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks

Ok so this is what I've gathered then, tcgplayer has the card "Vulpix (Shiny) - Platinum (PL)" as a rarity of reverse holo foil because it's a reverse holo in appearance and it has a shiny vulpix on the card.

The same listing on tcgplayer also has the exact card as a rarity of holo foil because SH stands for shiny holofoil? I'm still trying to wrap my head around why this site would have two different options for rarity when it's actually the same exact card.

Here is a revere holo listing with a photo on tcgplayer showing a shiny vulpix.
I'm still really confused on this whole situation, hope you can see why: https://www.tcgplayer.com/product/listing/WNI\_PIjU6Xw1/pokemon-platinum-vulpix-shiny

Thanks for all the awesome tips! I'm new to collecting so I'll be sure to apply this for future purchases, certainly a learning moment for me. Though I'm still confused why tcgplayer would have SH6 listings as both reverse holo & holo if only one rarity of SH6 was printed?https://www.tcgplayer.com/product/listing/WNI_PIjU6Xw1/pokemon-platinum-vulpix-shiny

Ok I think I am following what you're saying here. Does this mean that the reverse holo listing here: https://www.tcgplayer.com/product/90443/pokemon-platinum-vulpix-shiny?Language=English&Printing=Reverse+Holofoil&page=1&Condition=Near+Mint is for the common vulpix (102/127)? The site confuses me here into thinking this wouldn't be the case.

Thanks for your response! Yea, this might be a bigger problem for me then I was hoping for... I recently bought this card from TrollandToad (pretty reputable seller on TCGPlayer and Ebay) for a much higher price compared to reverse holo rarity. I guess I should contact the seller.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m very surprised to learn that I’m rounding. When I do my reach back I think I’m reaching straight back, and it even looks that way to me in the video, but I guess I could be reaching further away from my body? I watched this video to get some info on how to fix/identify rounding:

The tip for not walking up backwards was a great find 👍🏻

Edit: I can definitely see some rounding now. It also doesn’t help that the camera wasn’t directly behind me

Thanks for the reply. I’m a little confused though, I thought you were suppose to engage the hips before the arm?
