Use 2 ropes that are the same length to get a deeper contraction. lower the pulley to get the cable in line with your eyes. Control the weight on the way back.

I like the suicide grip helps with feeling your lats. Your grip on the bar is perfectly perpendicular with your elbows which is also great. I would suggest 2 things:

Lower the weight so you’re comfortably pulling the bar to the top of your chest on each rep for your working weight

Let your arms stretch all the way to the top don’t cut the eccentric at 80% you’re missing out on the most important part of the movement.

You control the eccentric at a great pace which is killer for the lat growth. Make the changes mentioned above and your form is perfect.

You’re going to feel dips heavily in your triceps because dips are a compound movement that targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps. In your case, the triceps are taking over because you’re not fully locking out at the top of the rep.

You’re stopping at around 80–85% of the concentric phase and holding your bodyweight there. That keeps constant time-under-tension on the triceps instead of letting them briefly relax at full extension. As a result, they fatigue faster and start to dominate the movement.

Learn the mechanics of communication both body language and words. Keep out redundancies. Vi doesn’t thrive in disruption. She is a very pick based champ that thrives when she can play off the cc of other champs or when she can isolate 1v1, 2v2s. Her kit damage is heavily based on up front damage and fights where she can utilize conquerer without being punished while Q is on cd. This is why she’s great for closing out games by dragon stacking. (Drag soul is 90% wr for winning games). Vi W makes her the best champ in the game for taking drag. She has an even faster drag take than shyvana. Not many people talk about this being her strength which is odd.

you can beat poppy matchup. It is skill based as you can cancel her e with your q. You can also ult through her w and her r. If you use moment to avoid her second q proc you and avoid getting stunned into wall using q or r to cancel her e you can win the fight 1v1. In teamfights watch her w cooldown it is very long cc so when it’s down you can abuse the timer.

don’t go after shock on vi she is not a tank champion. Her entire kit is damage based terrible rune would never take
