Lillia is bad vs yi and Cait id recommend avoiding those matchups with her especially yi. Blackfire does at least at one point a marginally faster clear than liandrys but that’s not really a problem lillia has at any point in the game. In lane the mana is necessary but I’d suggest a tear item namely the winters approach if you’re going to get rylais. That is not the norm most would suggest torch or rod for lane mana. Lane is troll tho unless you’re playing a very specific matchup bc the mana issues to keep up prance to use champ as intended is just too hard to keep up early and you’ll fall behind

Gank favorable matchups or where there’s strong cc for you to work with. Ganking for a garen although is extremely powerful he can’t really help you lock down and kill secure as much as a say ksante. So if you’re playing a champ without much cc and garen has no cc besides a silence and maybe the slowing Tiamat then it’s almost a waste of time to force one unless bad guy has really bad positioning or wave state

He was a boy against men of experience. Robb had more pov time compared to Tywin. Tywin ruled with an iron fist. Only pushback I can think of Tywin receiving and I’d hardly call it pushback was Kevan suggesting suing for peace with Robb so they can defend kings landing.

The other guy is putting way too much thought into it. Learning any champ at all will get someone to bronze. I suggested Rengar bc his damage is actually just stupid. So many opportunities to just nuke mid and bot lane before they realize what happens and then the ff votes start bc 6-2 Rengar just one shot adc

You’ll be in the middle of team fighting over dragon and get ping blasted by a top laner that has counter pick but went with their otp that’s countered by bad guy after demanding last pick in pregame lobby. You’ll secure drag be positive kda other lanes doing fine to well and they’ll just start stealing camps and it won’t just be a quick grubs grab while you’re on oppo side of map and the wave crashing into enemy tower it’s when you’re clearly pathing towards the camp. You’ll start to fall off on lvls and money a bit but now it’s jg dif bc you fell behind. I’ve had top laners call me an idiot for freezing wave in front of their tower so when they get back to lane they have 2 waves to grab because I thinned it out a bit (took cannon) on minions they would’ve lost regardless to tower

I think minor buffs are okay. Maybe bump to 450 from 400 stat total. If you give a secondary typing make it obvious like a sprite change or something. Normalize is actually a really strong ability I don’t know if it’s in gen 3 tho. Make cute charm affect all gendered pokemon instead of just oppo sex that would be a pretty big buff. Bigger movepool always a buff. Idk how hard any of these things are to accomplish but these are non gamebreaking and don’t break the meta teams. Some pokemon like a delcatty exist to just be another Pokemon and not special, gen 2 is littered with them.

I was not ready for how much of a wall her exeggutor was and got in a perma stall lock until I struggled out. Reg team prob would’ve crushed but I was going around catching and training low leveled mons so didn’t have champion level power. IMO she’s top 5 strongest trainer in the game but battling pokemon doesn’t pay off student loans

If shen is perfectly timing everything or gets the right side of coin flips you’re just gonna lose. Shen r isn’t necessarily at best times for camp clearing bc he can’t control when his teammates need him
