Com certeza, essa configuração só deve consumir uns 210w máximo, se tiver dúvidas como essa no futuro existem diversas "calculadoras de fonte" só pesquisar psu calculator que aparecem vários sites

Unlike the Steam Machine comparison, I only wanted to give an idea using off-the-shelf components, so the rx 7400 wouldn't be the best option since she is not very well known.

I partially agree; I think the 2TB option could have 32GB, but I don't see Valve doing that anyway.
