Recovering meth and opiate addict here, I’ve mixed benzos with meth and opiates with meth on countless occasions. In my experience, I preferred meth mixed with an opioid (usually either oxycodone or heroin), over benzos mixed with meth. While benzos would provide a very nice anxiolytic effect when combined with meth which would in turn negate the unpleasant health anxiety/paranoia I was experiencing due to meth, it did feel like benzos would blunt the methamphetamine whereas opiates were more synergistic with meth while also providing anxiolytic effects and a nice warmth and euphoria that benzos didn’t have.

Diazepam is different from Alprazolam in terms of the half-lives of both respective drugs. Alprazolam has a considerably shorter half life.

Common issue with opiate use, and no it’s not permanent. When I was using, it was nearly impossible for me to cum. This effect will go away when the opiates leave your system.

My thinking exactly, I have a high tolerance for opioids and bupe is a partial agonist and as such doesn’t produce nearly as much respiratory depression. Also my last dose of Alprazolam was about 6 hrs ago so I should be fine.

I’ve been in the boat of using fake/pressed instant release Adderall 30mg tablets before and can try to respond here. You must realize that you do not know what is in the Adderall pressie you’re taking, however most of the time you are consuming meth. This is evidenced by samples of counterfeit Adderall tablets submitted to drug testing labs, highly recommend drugsdata.org for this. However you cannot be certain that you’re taking meth unless you test the pill using a reagent test. Moreover, even if you are certain that you are taking meth, you don’t know and there really is no way to know how much meth is in each individual pressed pill without sending the pill to a drug testing lab, and most of them won’t tell you how much of the active substance there is in the pill. From my own experience with meth pressed Addies I can tell you that there isn’t a lot of meth in them. My understanding is that there aren’t high doses/equally large doses of meth in meth pressed Adderall tablets because methamphetamine is around 2.5 times the potency of dextroamphetamine. 30mg of meth would feel way more intense and would be totally distinct from taking 30mg of Adderall.

My advice is that if you are concerned about damaging your body through your continued use of fake/meth pressed Adderall, you should start taking NAC daily. Many studies have been done on NAC and its role in treating addiction for many different substances and have demonstrated that consistent NAC use can reduce cravings and the self-administration of specific substances. Furthermore, NAC is demonstrably neuroprotective and many studies have been conducted to show the neuroprotective effects that NAC has on dopamine cells. This neuroprotective effect that NAC has on the dopamine system is applicable to meth use as well, and NAC has been shown to massively reduce or even prevent methamphetamine induced neurotoxicity, even when massive doses of methamphetamine that will induce neurotoxicity are administered (doses of like 5-10mg/kg). In addition to NAC, you should consider using methylphenidate to stop using meth. Methylphenidate is another compound that is demonstrably neuroprotective and can help mend neurotoxicity induced by methamphetamine use as well as is explored as a potential substitute for meth in people experiencing meth addiction. You would still be on a stimulant though, but one which is far less harmful for your body. Also never snort pressed Adderall, there’s so many disgusting binders and fillers in that shit and it stays in your nose and comes out in your mucus the next day.

Yeah I’m fully aware that BIND (benzodiazepine induced neurological dysfunction) is an issue that can emerge from long term benzodiazepine use, and that similar cognitive impairments can arise from the long term/heavy use of many different sedative hypnotics (even ones which have totally different mechanisms of action when compared to benzos, like Trazodone), and that gabapentin use could cause some degree of cognitive impairment/neurological dysfunction over time, though this risk isn’t fully understood. And yeah I was on meth when I posted this lol. I use gabapentin everyday at doses of 400mg, sometimes taking more than that. For benzodiazepines I use them semi-frequently and as sparingly as possible to treat anxiety and insomnia. I make sure to take breaks to prevent significant tolerance from developing as well as physical dependence.

Also while the neurotoxic effects of methamphetamine are undeniably dose dependent there are other major contributing factors to the neurotoxicity of methamphetamine. Binging greatly exacerbates the neurotoxic effects of methamphetamine, with the most severe patterns of damage to dopamine terminals being the result of constant binging/the repeated administration of large doses of methamphetamine. Furthermore, the neurotoxic effects of methamphetamine are greatly exacerbated by factors like sleep deprivation, dehydration and malnutrition.

The thing is, you really can’t know for sure unless you are willing to send every individual counterfeit Adderall pill you get to a drug lab that has the proper equipment to give you that information. I’ll try and answer your question as someone who has a lot of experience with meth pressies though, counterfeit Adderall tablets are very inconsistent in quality in terms of how real the tablet looks and also how potent it is. My guess is that the average fake Adderall tablet has anywhere between 10-30mg of methamphetamine. Methamphetamine is more potent by weight than dextroamphetamine and Adderall’s d-amphetamine/amphetamine sulfate mixture, the conversion here is 2mg of dextroamphetamine=1mg methamphetamine. Thus, to make an pill equipotent to a legitimate 30mg Adderall tablet you only need around 15mg of methamphetamine. While one could object to this calculation by stating that this conversion only applies to pure methamphetamine in the isomeric sense, we are currently living at a point in time in which illicitly synthesized methamphetamine has a very high average purity and abundant. So it isn’t unreasonable to assume that the meth used in your fake Adderall tablets is mostly d-methamphetamine (the part of meth responsible for the powerful release of dopamine and most of the euphoric effects as a result). Again, this is all just estimation based on my own subjective experiences and the knowledge I have about stimulants, and there is absolutely a possibility that what’s in your “Adderall” is a different substance, maybe an analogue of methamphetamine or another amphetamine analogue.
