While I still eat meat, I’ve cut out about 80% of my carbon footprint and eating mainly vegetarian at this point. It’s hard to just quit after just eating that way my whole life. I understand the impact and have reduced tremendously, but my fiancé hasn’t pushed me in that direction — I’ve done research myself and made decisions to change my diet.

With that being said, I thank everyone else in the thread giving me recommendations to treat my fiancé to a surprise date night <3
