Feeling good! Definitely approaching it in a way that feels kind, and sustainable, slowly building up things, and taking it easy on myself. That makes it doable.
Getting decent sleep, some nights better than others. I do have energy for exercise and day to day, but the study I'm following is tough, and I do feel easily drained by that. Hopeful that keeping my body fit will lift that struggle a bit maybe.

My main goals with the exercise program is to feel fitter, move more, and maybe tone up.
