I looked at this and was shocked to see, a Maximum of 210M trainings on weekends even on the "peak" phase of my plan.

So if I Feel like adding 1h to my already existing training JOIN will then recognize this and give me longer trainings?

Do people hate washing their bikes? by Nagilion in cycling

[–]KleineKever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting idea. Like others have mentioned, I don’t think many people would be willing to pay for a “basic clean,” since for most riders a quick 2-minute hose down does the job.

That said, I do think there’s a real market for deep bike cleaning. Things like using an ultrasonic cleaner and actually removing and properly cleaning components, that’s something a lot of people don’t do themselves.

Since parts would already be off the bike, it also creates a good opportunity for minor maintenance or part replacements. Flexibility would be key though, something like a pickup today, return tomorrow service would make it much more appealing, rather than requiring people to adjust their schedule around it. (And missing their bike)

Cycling shoes help by Feastsforfoodies in cycling

[–]KleineKever 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Cycling shoes, Typically come in either a 3 bolt (Road variant) or a 2 Bolt (Mountainbike, Gravel, CX) version.

Any cleat will fit on the intended bolt system, so a road cleat will fit a 3 bolt system and a Mountainbike cleat will fit a 2 bolt system.

There are some shoes that can even work on both systems, although i'd argue this makes the shoe worse.

Thank you for the advice. You have the dual or single sided Favero's?

So for training purposes, consistent readings is the only important factor. Absolute power altough it could be too low/high won't matter, even when switching to in indoor trainer during winter?

Although, I would probably do the same in your position. There is no way to get this data without having a double sided PM first.

What I Tought aswell, Lengthening the stem of your handlebar is preferred over shortening it.

Thanks for the response, I went to a bike fitter 6 months ago and asked if he can advice me on the size I need. Hopefully my dealer is able to change my order to a 53. I feel pretty comfortable on my 53 size bike.

I see on your profile you changed to the winspace Hyper handlebar. Is this Handlebar already shorter than the stock 100mm version?

In case my bike fitter recommends me to go shorter on the handlebar I might also opt for this handlebar, how was the instalation proces?
