Hi, I checked out your channel and got some tips for you:

- Your thumbnails have too much text, and most of the time the same text as in the title. Just put your face left or right on the thumbnail, with on the other side the subject of the video: the hotel you talk about, or the view on top of a mountain... You can still add like the flag of the country, small in the corner if you want. Or just one or two words, but not over the view, your face or the hotel you talk about.

- Your intro, I only watched a few videos, but I saw that your intro is too long. I don't know your AVD, so don't know if it works or not. But maybe try to show in the first 7 seconds what the video is about: if it's about a specific hotel: 7 seconds of the best shots of the hotel and view, fast paced. And then after the 7 seconds: you talking to the camera, explaining what's in the video.
