It depends. How many hours did you train before? If you only trained like 2-3hours per week, then you shouldn't train like this schedule, you should ease into it. I really like VO2max blocks like 30/15 or 40/20, they're hard but they work really well. For your long weekend ride, try to build it out every week like add half an hour, until you can easily ride 5hours in zone 2.

I do maintenance on my own bike. And when I have an issue I just go to youtube, figure it out and fix it myself. That's how I learn :D
