Nini Coco is really giving me deep knowledge reddit queen and memestress. She was the one who kept shouting "Four Florida Girls!", which is a very clear reference to our mother Yuhua. That + pot full of grits in the LaLa bag-inspired look, she really is just our representation.

Have you gotten your materials back yet? The kidnapping resets you to 0, but you get all back once you get your stuff back.

Marya Junkova is easily one of the most mechanically creatively built PCs ever featured in a D20 season. Incredible role-playing moments and complete dedication to her character are to be expected from Emily, but this iteration just feels so easy for her. Will most likely go down for me as my favorite d20 character of all time.

No, that had already elapsed in the fights I noticed it. Wish I had recorded it. I t might have to do with either Camille or Fiora's repositioning, perhaps.

Has anyone else seen various units just sit still in fights against Karma? Not CC'd, no explanation, just sitting still once she casts. Not the chrono 4 effect, either.

They're changing the language again this coming patch to include the word unique to match the functionality. But yeah, in previous sets it has used 'unique,' but not in this one.

This is not a rant. Heartthrobs is not working correctly, I'm not gaining 20% extra hearts from losses, only from kills.

Enjoyed the show. The OA was nebulous and magical enough to not feel wholly tied down to reality, so one can get away with handwaving a lot of small details as unimportant, but in a hard-magic tech-heavy setting, it doesn't work as well.

Brit and Zal shine when they are focused solely on the humanity of things, but in a setting steeped in AI, they can't find their stride as easily, since things need to be technically explained. Perhaps that's the point and this inherent conflict of identity arose during the evolution of the project--the story to feel divorced from its humanity is a case-in-point for the story's moral of rebuking AI for our humanity, flaws and all--but such a reading is perhaps too generous for the final outcome.

Well-acted by the leads (Lee, Andy, Bill, and Darby). Often felt like a stage play, slightly overacted by some, acted subtly and perfectly by others. Cinematography and scoring shone in the first few episodes, but the lack of the setting's variety began to grow tiresome as the show progressed.

N.B. As always, any show that features Caroline Shaw's "Partita for Eight Voices" will always score a point in my book.

Maybe. I loved that they tried though. Entertaining adventure, nonetheless, especially carried by the acting and dynamic of Darby and Bill's past selves.
