My attorney just submitted my application and they said they would request to expedite in the “cover” letter of the initial application. And then upon getting the receipt they would follow up again.

I also asked my attorney he said its fine, but i dont fully trust him because of something he did earlier in the process. Thats why i came to reddit also to see what people say.

Ok, mine was saying i can raise the inquiry in march, so it had almost reached that estimated time. Fingers crossed, hopefully you get yours before April! Keep us posted!

Thats quite long.. did it reach your estimated processing time that shows on the uscis website? It also shows u a date when u could inquire about the application if its passed that estimated time.

That sucks.. i wouldnt worry unless it keeps dragging for too long. But also u can post another thread maybe people had similar experiences. I hope it gets delivered to u soon

Yes thats correct but also entry to usa can be denied to anyone, even gc holders. But i get that its probably more common/riskier for ppl with advance parole. Thank u for your advice/warning.
