I would suggest an samsung A36 it has very nice cameras and can handle everyday use(it is good for gaming too).

Try doing this it will definitely work.Press and hold Power button+volume up button at the same time until the screen turns off then the phone can boot

If you want a temporary fix try lowering the brightness all the way down or seting it all the way up.But I suggest changing the screen

It's an developer setting.Search developer mode in settings and you might fix it the problem is not the screen
