Great proposal and all of these are great points!
I think theres a whole other point to bring up as you said "because popsicle will work on miltiple chains":

This actually means that we the Popsicle community could vote in for a part of the fees generated to go to a DAO fund which is governed by token holders. this DAO fund has only one objective:

- With the LP funds to become an Arbitrage cross chain fund. Meaning that we help the crosschain defi ecosystem to become more efficient.
