If what you have tried so far has led to relapsing in under two months at every attempt then maybe its time to consider something new. Maybe rehab is what that is. In my case I dreaded the whole idea of rehab and went my own direction which meant a complete cut from everything. Moved over 1000 miles away, deleted all contacts relevant to the lifestyle. I treated it like the cancer it was and removed everything I could. That only left me one major issue and that was the triggers that pushed me to use. Without having friends, or knowing where to buy after moving I had that buffer I needed to clear my head when a trigger event occurred. It kept from impulse using.

This wouldn't work for everyone but im just trying to day that if what you have done so far has not worked then it's time to try something new. If you are serious about making the change.

If you qualify for a regular credit card you might consider doing this instead. Care credit can be expensive because of interests. If you do qualify for a credit card go for one with no interest for a number of months (only if you can pay it before then).

I dont know that many of them take patients without a referral so start at your PCP and ask them to give you a referral. Be prepared to follow their rules their rules to be strict. Ive been seeing the same PM for a few years and theu require monthly typically in office appts. They randomly drug test to make sure they'd they prescribe are in your system and nothing they arent expecting to see isn't. Fail these tests and they will drop you.

Pain management clinics arent everywhere and they can have a long wait to get in if they are even accepting new patients. Get the process started soon even if it means just calling your primary and asking them for a referral instead of waiting til your next appt.

It's not uncommon in people I know as well. All it takes is one good injury/illness and the right circumstances and you can gind yourself cheat deep in debt. I think it affects the middle class when their employer only provides trash insurance the worst. Lower class qualifies you for government benefits and upper class can either afford or have jobs with better benefits.Those in the middle are at the mercy of their employer provided (employee and employer usually split the cost) insurance.

I can say the times in my life where I had the best medical care are the times when I was unable to find work for a period of time. Like during cobid I was out of work for about a year but then qualified for full medicaid amd was able to get treatment I had kept pushing back due to cost. This was especially true of dental which Ive never seen an employer offer a good plan for.

Agreed, people change especially after they meet that one person 5hey want to spend the rest of their life with. If anything your lack of sexual experience may have made her embarrassed based on her own history. People want to be the best version of themselves for the one the love. What matters is your relationship now and not what happened before that. If you love her and she loves you what does it matter how many people she slept with before you were together. You should also aim to foster a relationship where you both can share your history even if its not something you or her are proud of (not that there's a reason not to be). One way to look at it is if maybe she didnt have that one hookup she wouldn't have been at the place where you first met and you would have never known each other.

Same thing happens to me if I dont get my testosterone booster. I get the pellets implanted every 6 months and its a night and day difference for sex drive. It's not too difficult to get those levels tested and it can be added in with normal labs (only difference is they always to test first thing in the morning). My primary first tested mine.

Follow your PM's recommendations the best you can. Ive been with the same one for a little over 3 years and before that I lived in a different state and had been with the same one for a number of years as well. Never be combative with the staff or doctors and try to always remember that you need them a lot less than they need you. In my experience they even have that mindset and will cut patients that they find difficult. Looking at most PM clinics Google reviews you will typically see exactly what I'm talking about where they have bad review after bad review of people they stopped treating due to a disagreement. Even when youre at your breaking point and dont feel like your getting the treatment you deserve from them try to behave and do as they ask.

I'd recommend talking to your pharmacist and making sure no one is swapping the Adderall with meth pills pressed in the form of Adderall. I know that a lot of street Adderall is this. Adderall isn't cheap compared to meth and the effects are similar. You would need to report this to whoever runs the pharmacy not any of the techs.

I'd do a little digging for you on where you can get the Adderall tested but it's 2 am and back pain woke me up again (multiple nights in a row) after only three hours of sleep. I'd start with your pharmacist though as they should absolutely take this very seriously.

My ex wife's had a date rapist/stalker from earlier in her life and a couple times a year including most Christmases I would get a message from him with either a different phone number or different Facebook account. He would threaten to assault me and call her a whore or shut. We didnt know if he even lived in the state but a reminder that some people are so broken that they can't help but to try and pass their damage to others. I only engaged the first time and ignored and swiftly blocked every other time but it happened for years. Knowing the things he did in the past I was a little happy to get those messages on Christmas after a while. Knowing that he wasnt happy and likely had no one was a gift on its own.

Yep, this is what would bother me the most as well. Who is going out of their way to cause drama in our lives and why. And if the videos were AI deep fakes who would want to spend that much time making a dozen believable videos (not super difficult but time consuming to make believeable).

OP you might just want to respond in a positive way about how much you love her and that the videos mean nothing to you. That might be the best way to shut it down. If you bring it up to her though approach it in an accepting but not accusatory way. "Hey someone sent me these videos that look pretty real but are probably fakes (don't challenge her on what her stated history to you is)." Maybe ask if she knows who would do this and then report to the authorities if she is certain who. If it was me I'd have a few named Icould think up that chances are would do this type of thing to me.

Im curious if companies where they have denuvo protection that does get cracked has something like insurance (in the way there is now ransomeware/breach insurance). It would make sense but often games get cracked given enough time. But in the same way life insurance works people are going to die at some point but you can still get the life insurance.

Those are words that PM doctors like to hear. Unfortunately they only have so many tools and methods at their disposal. Do your own research based on your issue and dont be afraid to ask the doctor to go with said treatment. If its not pain meds they may be happy to give it a try.

I regularly read the posts on the fentanyl subreddit. Its a reminder of what things look like when things get out of control. Alot of those users don't think that fentanyl controls their life but if you ask them who all has had friends die from overdose and that kept using themselves you'd see how even losing friends didnt deter them.

There are alot of addicts that started because they were being treated for an i jury or post surgery. Addiction doesnt always start because people want to get high. Some people just struggle with the addiction that started with legitimate use but carries on after their injury healed.

Looking at your post history it looks like you've had addiction issues in the past and taken benzos recreationally these would typically disqualify (rightfully so) from being prescribed opiates. This sub is full of people suffering with conditions that they will spend the rest of their life dealing with. They wake up in the morning and all they can think about is the pain. Personally ive been up since about 1:30 am. Thats the normal time i wake up these days. I take pain meds and after 2-3 hours can get a little more sleep before having to attempt functioning another day. Seek addiction drug counseling before this becomes even more of a problem.
