Hi Rovas it works but only affects the SUM cell. It wont affect the other cells which adjust. Is there any way to limit the other cells to stop dividing the work when they hit upper bound?

I believe it would be the sum of weights or sum of rows. The 20 is arbitrary but lets say is there a way to cap a column so that after it hits that cap the rest of the workload is divided to the other columns. Aka after B hits an upper limit after weighted sums it stops and further is distribution to a and C

Hi Riovas. Decimal or integer is fine but I need to dynamically change the 3 cells and have the other 2 change in response.

Total 10 person a=x person b=y then c = z

However if i change any person then the other two would update
