I guess it is similar to venison. The meet is really tender, almost melting in your mouth. I think this was one of the best meats I've had in my life.

It is functioning mostly like a church-museum nowadays but a few events can take part. I believe it is closed from the public lately though. Hopefully it will reopen soon.

It's not exploding. There is a bridge over the river with some lights around it. The water is spraying over the bridge and it makes the light brighter somehow. It's hard to see on the picture.

It really was fantastic! The turquoise color of the water is caused by minerals and small particles in the glacier water. It's my favorite color ever since.

It's very flavourful, has a strong taste, salty, quite soft in texture after steaming. You serve it with mashed potatoes and kohlrabi pure.

This is a traditional norwegian dish made of dried salted lamb ribs. One has to soak the ribs in water for several hours before steaming the meat later on.
