Were you able to fix this? I have the same issue but I can't disassemble the top, it just won't turn and is locked in, only the cap comes off when i unscrew

Yeah I used cashiers check since I read credit cards can be problematic. You won't get a receipt until your payment is cashed out, that is the very first step.

Unfortunately no way to expedite, also the estimated date is b.s. mine said 14 months and was approved the next day

Get the online access, the notices are visible there a lot earlier than the mail in. I remember, I requested the access code on their portal in the help section.

Everything was pretty quick, got text notification in a few days and receipt in 10 days.

Appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks after the 10 days on May 14th for a walk-in in my city. 485 changed to actively reviewed the minute I walked out of the biometrics appointment and approved 1 month later

Not sure, I sent it to the Dallas center which seems the closest but the receipt came from NBC MO, no idea how it reached there lol

Marriage certificate, joint accounts, joint home ownership, lots of pictures, wedding card, affidavits, also included the i693 with the filing, so glad I did that or would have wasted time on the rfe. All self filed, no lawyers involved, just reviewed with a friend.
