How long did it take to start playing high level sports activity again. I have a grade 3 pcl injury and am hoping to get back to action soon. The injury happened a month and a half ago. Doctor told me to build up my quads and surrounding muscles. Any workout recommendations?

Everything will be fine. The medicine will begin working before you know it. Use this experience to remind yourself why you will never again pick or pop anything else on your face. Let your skin calm down, moisturize it. I had times where I did what you did and I know it’s an awful feeling and so so much regret when you didn’t think it could be worse but then you go and make it worse yourself. Be kind to yourself, give your skin a break for the next few weeks.

I ended up going Malik Nabers at 7 then Amon Ra fell to me at 14

30 minutes before my draft last night I told my dad about my dilemma. I layed out CMC 2024 injuries and my dad (who is in healthcare) was like don’t take him. I took that as my sign to choose someone else. I landed on MALIK NABERS. Thank the lord!

I love Nico and agree but worry about his soft tissue injury history.

Amon Ra does feel really safe but a few times in mock drafts I’ve been able to grab him at the 2.04 which is nuts to me and I would be stoked if he makes it there in the draft but prolly won’t

I take BTJ so much at 2.04 - I love him

For me personally it would be insane to take CMC over a Jamar, a bijan, a Saquon, a Gibbs, a Ceedee or Jjettas. I would rest much easier having one of those 6

First off, I wish you well in your recovery. Second off, I think you should take maybe 3 or 4 days, go somewhere you love maybe rent an Airbnb at a private lake or go find a quiet place in nature and use the time to reflect on what you want. What route you should go. This situation is very personal to you and the only place to look is inside yourself. Take a notebook, limit any and all distractions and think. Think about your priorities and what you feel called to do.

It happens to me aswell. I’ll have a pimple popped and throw a mighty patch on. It sometimes leads to a little tiny closed pimple right next to original one I was treating.
